I worked as an art director at one of Reykjavik’s leading advertising agencies, where I was in charge of the graphic design for a range of Icelandic and international companies; creating brand identities, overseeing photoshoots, dealing with clients, and directing other designers. I have extensive experience in typography, layout design, digital photo-editing, large-format graphics, and newspaper & magazine advertising. I work primarily in Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Freehand.

I have some experience of writing scripts for TV and radio commercials, and copy for advertisements. I frequently write travel pieces for an Icelandic airline’s website.
